李恺文

你好, 我现在是北京大学的在读二年级博士生, 所在实验室为医学智能实验室(MILab), 导师是卢闫晔研究员, 助理教授。在MILab, 我主要进行多模态大语言模型构建, 并探索其在医学领域的应用; 同时研究弱监督下的计算机视觉任务。 我硕士就读于电子科技大学电子科学与工程学院, 所在实验室为生物医学成像与视觉实验室, 导师是王钊教授。我的工作是利用人工智能方法分析临床图像和数据从而更好地辅助诊断与治疗, 并设计和实现新的医学成像系统。

  基于多任务学习的眼前节OCT图像折射率修正和分析  | 利用深度学习方法完成眼前节OCT图像的全自动分析

  • 构建了200名病人规模的眼前节光学相干断层图像数据库
  • 在眼前节图像处理领域,首次提出了分割和关键点检测多任务算法,算法性能达到高级医师水平
  • 分割目标包括角膜,虹膜,晶状体,ICL和IOL。关键点检测目标包括巩膜突和虹膜根。相比于前人工作,首次囊括了眼前节几乎所有的重要结构
  • 基于多任务算法完成了眼前节OCT图像的折射率修正,恢复出真实的眼前节结构,弥补了部分商业系统的不足
  • 计算了全面的眼前节临床指标,创新了部分指标的可视化形式,可以用于疾病诊断,手术规划和术后评估。

  • 设计了一种药物副作用频率预测算法,综合利用了相似度信息和药物的分子结构信息,预测精确度领先其他SOTA方法
  • 将关联预测和频率预测相结合,提出了一种更适合实际场景的预测框架
  • 结合交叉熵损失函数,改进了算法对离散回归目标的区分能力

  机器人辅助大视场OCT成像系统研究  | 将机械臂与大视场OCT相结合,对物体进行快速精确的三维成像与建模

  • 数据的后处理和图像的实时显示,可在0.7秒内完成全脸成像
  • 点云数据的提取与处理,基于OCT的深度图像,提取人脸或其他物体表面的点云,精确还原物体表面的三维结构

  下一代光学相干断层成像系统研究  | 开发更加强大的近红外和可见光谱域光学相干断层成像系统

  • 负责了近红外相干断层成像系统(SSOCT)和可见光相干断层成像系统(SDOCT)的软件编写,完成系统控制,信号采集与后处理和图像生成。同时利用CUDA完成两个系统的实时成像
  • 负责SDOCT的信号采集系统的设计和搭建,包括采集卡选型和调试,同步信号和控制信号的设计与电路搭建
  • 参与了SSOCT和SDOCT光学系统的搭建和测试
  • 完成了对人,小鼠和猪冠状动脉内壁等组织的成像实验

  内窥多模态成像技术研究  | 光学相干断层成像与荧光成像两种模态的同步成像,结合内窥技术完成生物体体内成像

  • 负责多模态成像系统的软件编写,包括内窥旋转接头的上位机通信和控制,OCT信号和荧光信号采集,数据后处理和图像生成
  • 负责内窥旋转接头的嵌入式程序编写和调试,包括与上位机的通信,步进电机和旋转电机的控制,采集路径的执行
  • 负责整个系统的控制和同步设计,包括两种模态信号采集部分的同步设计,旋转接头和信号采集的同步设计
  • 参与了OCT光路和荧光光路的设计和搭建
  • 参与了内窥导管和内窥探头的设计,器件选型与购买,和组装制作
